European & Classic Car Picnic 2008

From 10:00am - 2:00pm. Featuring over 150 rare, beautiful, unique classic cars on display at the waterfront grounds of the Queen Alexandra Centre. Spectator admission is by donation, and the fee per car entered in the show is $10. This fun-filled, family and car enthusiasts' event, features many activities for children and families including remote-controlled car races, magic shows, inflatable bouncy castle, Tom Thumb Safety Program pedal cars, face painting and much more. Bring a picnic, or enjoy tasty treats from the vendors at the event. Hosted by the Vancouver Island Region of the Porsche Club of America, the European & Classic Car Picnic raises money each year to support the Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children, and the over 20,000 children, youth and families the Foundation serves on Vancouver Island.
