Queenswood is more than a yoga studio. They are a retreat centre located on a 14-acre wooded-property in Saanich just outside of Victoria. They focus on wellness and renewal through retreats designed for personal and spiritual development. A sabbatical program is available for people in ministry and academics. Conference space is available as well. Regular drop-in classes are offered in meditation and yoga, and reiki treatments and counselling are available by appointment.

Little Gurus offers yoga classes for kids with a focus on breathing and postures. Little People classes are geared toward 3-5 year olds and Big Kids are for 6-10 years. A teen class and whole family are also offered. The teachers at Little Gurus can also visit daycares, schools, birthday parties and other private bookings. Classes take place at the Yoga Shala.
Located in Langford, this certified Bikram studio offers yoga in a heated room to optimize the heath benefits of this practice. All levels (even beginners) are welcome as classes consist of 26 beginner yoga postures. The studio is located off the Trans Canada Highway, Exit 14 to Langford in the Langford Mall.
This is Vancouver Island's fist Bikram Yoga studio, offering yoga in a heated room in accordance to this modern tradition. Ninety-minute classes consist of 26 postures designed to suit any person of any skill level.
Kula Studio is committed to community health and vitality through yoga and Pilates classes as well as acupuncture, Qi Gong, and massage. The studio space is small, allowing for intimate classes to a maximum of eight participants. Kula is found in Fernwood on Haultain.
This yoga studio offers daily classes in a variety of styles, including hatha flow, yin yoga, vinyasa flow and restorative yoga. A portion of their profits go toward a program called Vision Programming, which allows them to offer yoga classes to those who are financially disadvantaged. Bikram Yoga Saanich offers a studio heated to around 40 degrees celcius, and a non-toxic rubber flooring. The studio prides itself in being sustainable by employing recycling measures. New members and beginners are always welcome. A special $5 Karma Yoga class is offered on Fridays, with proceeds going to charity.
